About the Project
The purpose of this project is to design LED lighting products for large facility users to provide effective lighting solutions. The lighting product is designed for university students. It provides ambient light when the lecture theater is dark, and students need to take notes.
Concept
The students were asked to generate an effective and passionate positioning statement. My positioning statement is; to provide students with opportunities to be aware of the value and personal meaning of studying by providing environment for study in a lecture theater and to facilitate transition from everyday life to the lecture theater as a place to concentrate on their studies.

Design Details
LED
One of the most significant features of an LED is its low energy consumption. Using LEDs near each desk to provide ambient light has an advantage over using incandescent lumps on the ceiling in terms of energy efficiency.
Switching
Two desks share one reading light. Every desk has a switch, and when either or both of the desks that share a reading light is open, it turns on the light. The instructors turn on and off the main switch. When instructors want every student to listen to them without taking notes, the instructors can turn it off so that student can only listen to them.
